How do I upload a file? +

Uploading is simple:

  1. Go to upload page
  2. Drag & drop your files or click to browse
  3. Set your preferences (retention time, download limit, password)
  4. Click "Upload" and share the generated link

No registration required for basic uploads!

What's the maximum file size I can upload? +

File size limits depend on your plan:

  • Free: Up to 2 GB per upload
  • Single Small: Up to 5 GB (one-time purchase)
  • Single Large: Up to 20 GB (one-time purchase)
  • PRO: Up to 50 GB per upload

You can upload multiple files at once—they'll be bundled together with a single download link.

Do I need to create an account? +

No! You can upload and share files without creating an account.

However, creating a free account gives you access to:

  • Personal dashboard to manage all your uploads
  • Ability to delete files before expiration
  • Download statistics and notifications
  • Longer retention periods
🔒 Security & Privacy
Are my files encrypted? +

Yes! All files are protected with multiple layers of encryption:

  • In Transit: TLS 1.3 encryption for all uploads/downloads
  • At Rest: AES-256-GCM encryption on our servers
  • Optional E2E: Enable client-side encryption for zero-knowledge privacy—we can't read your files even if we wanted to

Can anyone access my files? +

Only people with the unique file link can access your files. Additional protections available:

  • Password protection: Require a password to download
  • Download limits: Auto-delete after X downloads
  • Time limits: Files auto-expire after set period

The file code is cryptographically random—there's no way to guess or brute-force it.

Can I delete my files before they expire? +

Yes! If you're logged in, you can delete any of your uploads from your dashboard.

Once deleted, files are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major payment methods through Paddle:

Can I get a refund? +

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions.

What happens to my files if I cancel my subscription? +

Your files remain accessible until your subscription period ends.

After that:

  • Existing files switch to Free plan rules (7-day retention)
  • You can still download them before expiration
  • New uploads will follow Free plan limits

How long are files stored? +

Retention depends on your plan:

  • Free: 7 days
  • Single purchase: 30 days
  • PRO: Unlimited (until you delete)

Files can also auto-delete when download limits are reached.

What file types are supported? +

All file types are supported!

Documents, images, videos, archives, executables—anything you need to share.

Note: Files are scanned for malware. Illegal content will be removed and reported.

My upload failed. What should I do? +

Try these steps:

  1. Check your connection: Ensure stable internet
  2. Check file size: Make sure it's within your plan limit
  3. Try a different browser: Chrome or Firefox recommended
  4. Disable extensions: Ad blockers can sometimes interfere
  5. Clear cache: Try refreshing or clearing browser cache

If problems persist, contact support.

API access is available for PRO users. It allows you to:

  • Upload files programmatically
  • Manage uploads via REST API
  • Integrate with your applications
