At send-file.online, we strive to provide excellent service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.
All subscription plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
- Within 30 days: Full refund available, no questions asked.
- After 30 days: No refund for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Annual Subscriptions
- Within 30 days: Full refund available, no questions asked.
- After 30 days: Pro-rata refund may be available at our discretion for unused months. Contact us to discuss your situation.
When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period.
One-Time Purchases
One-time upload purchases (Single Small, Single Large) are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:
- Before upload: Full refund if you haven't used the upload credit yet.
- Technical issues: If you experienced technical problems that prevented you from uploading or sharing your file, contact us for a refund.
- After successful use: No refund once the file has been successfully uploaded and download links generated.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you have two options:
Option 1: Contact Paddle Directly
Since Paddle is our payment processor, you can request a refund directly through them:
- Find your payment receipt email from Paddle
- Click the "Manage Subscription" or "Get Help" link in the email
- Follow the instructions to request a refund
Option 2: Contact Us
Email us at info@send-file.online with:
- Your email address used for purchase
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request (helps us improve)
We typically respond within 24-48 hours and process refunds within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- Terms violation: If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent activity: If we detect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- Chargebacks: If you have initiated a chargeback with your bank, we cannot process additional refunds.
- Repeated refund requests: Multiple refund requests from the same user may be declined.

You can cancel your subscription at any time:
How to Cancel
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Manage Subscription" (redirects to Paddle)
- Follow the cancellation instructions
Alternatively, use the subscription management link in any Paddle receipt email.
What Happens After Cancellation
- You keep PRO access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- After the period ends, your account reverts to Free plan limits
- Files with "unlimited retention" will be set to expire in 30 days
- You can download your files anytime before they expire
